See where you stand,
and what your
professional record
supports.
Professional Tiers provide an explainable view of approved marketplace standing using defined evidence and rules. Your tier can complement verification and delivery history, but it does not replace buyer judgment, service eligibility, or the exact trust facts on your profile.

Each tier says what it means, and what it doesn’t.
Every tier card carries its approved meaning, the entity it applies to, the criterion groups behind it, and its benefits and limitations.

[As many tiers as the program defines]
The rail and cards render only the tiers in the Tier Registry. Highest-tier wording focuses on maintaining standing.
Criterion groups, never a single mystery score.
Only the groups configured for the active program appear. Each one names its source and its limits.
Verification
Identity, credential, eligibility and standing checks.
Read from Trust & Verification, which stays authoritative.
Professional record
Permitted completed-engagement and delivery- history evidence.
Real, contextual and privacy-safe. No invented success score.
Marketplace readiness
Approved profile and service readiness requirements.
Operational readiness isn’t a measure of quality.
Program standards
Approved marketplace or tier-program requirements.
Policy version and owner always shown.
Context and eligibility
Category or market-specific applicability.
A tier never overrides service or jurisdiction eligibility.
Commercial or plan
Only if the program intentionally includes it.
Labeled as commercial. Payment never buys trust standing.
Understand it. See the evidence. Keep it current.
Select a step to see what you’ll find, what you can do, and what a tier won’t do.

Why you have this tier, and what you can do next.

A tier is one contextual signal, not a guarantee.
Use tier as one contextual signal, not a guarantee of fit, quality, licensing or service eligibility. Verification is separate and always shows exactly what was checked.
Use tier alongside expertise, verification, evidence, fit and eligibility
Assume a higher tier guarantees a better outcome
Open the tier definition and the trust facts behind it
Treat a tier as a license or universal credential
Check jurisdiction and service eligibility where it matters
Assume a tier makes a regulated service portable
Assess the proposal and scope for your engagement

Individual professional · RemoteThe tier sits near the trust summary, never larger than the professional’s name, and never replaces verification chips.
What tiers never do.
Tiers sit beside verification, ranking and pricing, without replacing any of them.
Tier ≠ verification
Verification names what was checked. Tiers may use those facts but never merge them into a trust score.
Firms and individuals are separate
A firm’s tier doesn’t pass to its professionals, and individual activity doesn’t roll up unless the program defines it.
No hidden ranking
Any effect on search is documented in Search policy. Eligibility and verification constraints always come first.
No pay-to-win
Paid plans are disclosed separately on Pricing and never imply earned standing.
If something looks wrong, there’s a clear way to fix it.
Corrections go to the system that owns the data. Your tier changes only when that data or decision changes.
Report the issue
The affected tier, criterion and source are preselected.
Choose the type
Incorrect data, evaluation looks wrong, or context changed.
Explain
Short context, handled privately.
Acknowledged
You get a case reference and status, with no invented timeline.
Resolved
The outcome and reason are recorded permanently.
Re-evaluated
Your tier refreshes only if authoritative data changed.
Explain your tier in plain language, summarize criteria and changes, and help draft a support message. AI explanations are labeled and link to the underlying criteria.
