Trace every material
engagement decision
ZoikoRum brings decisions, changes, approvals and governed engagement events into an inspectable audit trail, then lets authorized teams analyze activity and create controlled evidence exports without losing source context.

Analyze governed
A read model over authoritative records. It never
creates or changes operational state. Select a metric

Every chart has an equivalent accessible table and drills through to the filtered records.
Explicit counts and states — no composite risk score.

Start from the decision
Approvals & Authority
“What decisions were required, who decided, and where are bottlenecks or returns?”
A metric isn't publishable until it has an approved semantic contract.
.png&w=3840&q=75)
Approval decisions
Silent semantic drift is release-blocking. Historical reports keep the definition version used at generation, or clearly show that they were recomputed under a new definition.
Export is a governed action
Try it: choose a scope and categories, state a purpose, then generate. Restricted categories produce a partial package.
Generation and download are themselves auditable events, subject to least privilege, data minimization and applicable retention and privacy rules.
Reporting permissions never confer operational decision rights.
Auditor / Reviewer
Read-only reports, timeline inspection and approved exports.
No changes to contracts, policies, approvals, payments, disputes or trust state.
Permission evaluation order
Authenticate actor and organization context.
Check base role and resource access.
Apply engagement / program scope.
Apply field and category sensitivity rules.
Apply jurisdiction, privacy and contract restrictions.
Apply purpose / export policy where relevant.
Return the permitted projection — never fetch, then hide.
Data minimization
Default reports carry only the fields the stated review purpose needs.
Retention
Follows the platform’s approved retention policy and legal obligations.
Deletion & closure
Deleted personal display data is distinguished from preserved governance records.
Jurisdiction
Exports, fields, payment references and retention may vary by jurisdiction.
Cross-border
No report or export bypasses local data-transfer, professional, tax or privacy rules.
Privacy requests
Reporting never obstructs applicable privacy workflows.
Sensitive evidence
Dispute, identity, credential and payment data get category-specific access.
Demo & marketing
Public screenshots and sample exports never use real record data.
How we describe the audit trail
Built for the teams
.png&w=3840&q=75)
Procurement reviews a program
Open the Organization Reporting Workspace.
Filter to a program, quarter and professional-services category.
Review governed-engagement and approval signals with metric definitions.
Drill into an engagement with an unusual number of scope changes.
Inspect each change and approval event in the audit timeline.
Create a scoped evidence export for internal procurement review — logged in the audit history.
AI can summarize.
Summarize permitted events with an “AI-assisted summary” label and source links.
Omit contradictory events, invent context, or present a summary as source evidence.
Highlight differences between source versions when both are available.
Decide whether a change was legally or materially significant unless governed rules define it.
Draft a plain-language description of visible metrics and trends.
Make causal claims, compliance conclusions or unsupported risk judgments.
Surface unusual patterns for human review if model governance permits.
Sanction, block, suspend, reject or accuse anyone based on anomaly output alone.
Suggest relevant record categories based on the stated purpose.
Expand scope beyond permission or purpose.

AI-generated narrative is a derived artifact. It carries an “AI-assisted summary” label and source links. If the underlying event set changes, the UI shows that an earlier summary may no longer represent the current view.

Audit & Reporting presents controlled projections over source domains, which remain authoritative. Exports support review and recordkeeping; legal sufficiency depends on jurisdiction, process and use case.
